About
This event will focus on women’s education as a first step towards a career in the police and security sector.
The conference will also present findings and recommend mechanisms to enhance conditions for women working in security-sector institutions in Serbia.
Participants will include representatives of the Interior Ministry, the Criminal-Police Academy, the Police Basic-Training Centre, and those police administrations that took part in implementing the project.
A short documentary depicting the personal stories of women police officers and their careers in the police service will also be presented at the conference.
