Matthew Newton, Roma Programme and Policy Co-ordinator at the OSCE Mission to Serbia, will speak at a roundtable meeting organized as part of a project implemented by the Roma Education Creative Centre in Belgrade and supported by the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung.
The purpose of the meeting is to improve the position of Roma returnees in Serbia and to ensure that their rights are protected.
