About
The aim of this training course is to enable judiciary and police to better understand the new Criminal Procedure Code, which is set to commence in January 2013. The training started in April, taking place in different cities across Serbia. Some 250 judges, prosecutors, court legal associates and police officers completed the training.
The trainers included senior judges, prosecutors and police officers certified through preceding train-the-trainers sessions organized by the Mission, the Serbian Judicial Academy and the US Department of Justice.
