About
This event is being organized for some 60 participants including public prosecutors, deputy prosecutors and international community representatives, on the the rules for conducting disciplinary proceedings for public prosecutors.
The forum will focus on issues such as disciplinary responsibility, misconduct, sanctions, the course of disciplinary proceedings, the decisions of the disciplinary commission and the right to appeal. The roundtable aims to provide a forum for an interactive discussion between the participants which will lead to amending and adopting the rules for disciplinary proceedings.
