OSCE Mission welcomes establishment of new Serbian Government

BELGRADE, 16 May 2007 - The Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Ambassador Hans Ola Urstad, today welcomed the formation of a new, pro-European government in Serbia.
"Following a long and difficult process, and nearly four months after the parliamentary elections, it is very good that a new, pro-European Government has been formed in Serbia," said Ambassador Urstad, adding that "the OSCE Mission will continue to work according to its mandate, supporting reforms and building democratic institutions. We look forward to constructive and good co-operation with the new government."
