BELGRADE, 24 January 2006 - The OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro offers its sincerest condolences to the people of Montenegro and the families of the victims of yesterday's train derailment at Bioce, near Podgorica.
"We are deeply saddened by this tragic accident and express our most heartfelt sympathies for the families of the victims," Acting Head of Mission Douglas Wake said.
"At the same time, we also commend the courageous efforts of the rescue services, medical staff and the people of Montenegro whose professionalism, humanity and compassion have contributed towards saving many lives."
