About
The fourth regional conference of legal professionals the former Yugoslavia countries, aims at discussing the rules of criminal procedure in the region and exchanging experience in their application, all in light of the recent introduction of the adversarial system of criminal procedure, one presupposing the switch from investigation led by investigating judge and the police to prosecutor-led investigation.
Participants will include judges, prosecutors, attorneys, and legal scholars from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
