Talking points by the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia at the international conference on asset forfeiture - The importance of taking assets away from criminals, 15 March 2007.

The event is initiated by the Prosecutor for Organised Crime. His aim is to promote the benefits of asset forfeiture through the media as he looks to development and implementation of new, stronger asset forfeiture laws.
