The Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Peter Burkhard, will open the International Right to Know Day award ceremony on Monday in Belgrade together with Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Rodoljub Šabic and Ombudsman, Saša Janković.
The ceremony will present awards: for the advancement of the right to free access to information and present an award to the state authority which produced the best information booklet.
During the ceremony a Publication IV - "Commissioner's practice will also be presented.
