About
The most recent developments in judicial reform will be the focus of discussion at a joint roundtable of the OSCE Mission to Serbia and weekly magazine VREME.
The event will gather journalists, lawyers, and representatives of Justice Ministry High Judicial Council, State Prosecutor’s Council, Association of Judges and Prosecutors, Supreme Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.
The topics on the agenda include the efficiency of the new court network, application of the new Criminal Procedure Code, position of judicial assistants within judicial system and legitimacy of the Councils.
