The ceremony will recognize state authorities that have contributed to the advancement of the right to free access to information, and also award the public authority for the best information booklet. The Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Peter Burkhard, will open the International Right to Know Day award ceremony on Monday in Belgrade together with Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Rodoljub Šabić, Regional Director Transparency International, Anne Koch and Ombudsman, Saša Janković.
