The manual, which presents instructions for filing cases on environmental violations, is designed for environmental inspectors at the local and state level.
It is prepared by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning as a follow up to the OSCE-supported project on institutional capacity building of judiciary and inspectorate.
