Communication with witnesses and victims
The publication is intended for representatives of the Ministry of Interior who, in their daily work, are in contact with witnesses and victims of criminal acts.
The aim of the publication was to add a psychological aspect to the international and domestic regulations and other acts that make up the strategic and legal framework for providing support to victims and witnesses, so that the foreseen measures can be adequately applied.
This publication, available in Serbian language, was created during the project Support for Victims and Witnesses of Crime in Serbia, implemented by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and financed by the European Union.
