Comparative Review of the EU and Serbian legal and strategic framework for civil protection
The publication sets out a review of the state of the current disaster risk reduction and emergency management system and provides recommendations intended to harmonize the Serbian legislative framework with the Civil Protection system of the EU. It is aimed at assisting law and policy-making disaster authorities responsible for managing natural hazards to further enhance the national legal and institutional civil protection frameworks.
