General Achievement Standards for the Subject Serbian as a Non-mother Tongue for the End of the First and Second Cycle of Compulsory Education, General Secondary Education and Elementary Education for Adults
The Handbook clarifies the purpose of standards, learning results at the end of a particular educational cycle, and the rationale of classification of standards by teaching fields. Teachers are referred to the reading of standards intertwined by knowledge, skills in the area of Language, Literature and Language Culture, as well as by the levels of educational attainment. The highest number of the standards is illustrated with textual tasks, assignments, and questions which enable application of students’ knowledge and demonstration of their cognitive abilities.
