Guidebook for Improving Professional Competences of the Trainers in the Bar Academy of the Bar Association of Serbia

The Guidebook will be used by the Bar Academy as a starting point in planning and organising trainings for Bar members. It will be used primarily by the trainers in the Bar Academy as a toolkit to design the comprehensive trainings that are not based on the ex-cathedra style of teaching. The Guidebook on one hand emphasises the need for continuous life learning, and on the other hand gives practical instructions how to design needs-based trainings. The Guidebook guides the trainer trough different steps in a) planning and preparing for the training, b) designing the training, and c) delivering the training. The Guidebook is available in Serbian only.
