About
This event aims to assist current efforts of the Ministry of Justice to identify ways forward in re-examination of the new Criminal Procedure Code (CPC).
Forum participants include Serbian judges, prosecutors, police officers and defense attorneys who will present and review their experiences in applying the new Code, and make recommendations for the harmonization of court practice and possible improvements in the Code’s text.
