About
This training course will focuse on judicial co-operation in civil law matters, specifically on international legal aid, the European court network and EU conventions.
The seminar is part of the Mission's support for the Judicial Academy in developing a sustainable training curriculum for the initial training programme for candidate judges and prosecutors. The training course will be conducted by Vladimir Colovic, Associate Professor at the Institute for Comparative Law from Belgrade. Participants will include Appellate court judges from the Nis and Kragujevac appellations.
