The OSCE Mission to Serbia is organizing a free three-month Serbian language course for members of the Albanian national minority community, with a particular focus on citizens interested in enrolling in the Basic Police Training Centre.
This initiative is part of the long-standing work of the OSCE Mission to Serbia in the area of protection of national minorities' rights and enhancing employment opportunities for members of national communities in the public administration, in order to make it more diverse and representative.
A free three-month Serbian language course will be held in Bujanovac from September through the end of November, starting on 8 September. The course will be delivered by experienced teachers of Serbian as a foreign language. In addition to language instruction, participants will receive information about the police selection process and guidance on the necessary preparations for the police qualifying examination.
The potential participants of the course should submit their contact details by email to valdete.osmani@osce.org, and the deadline for applications is 6 September. More information on the timing and course dynamics will be shared at a later stage.
