Digital competences of journalists
The research report provides analytical insight in the journalists’ current proficiency in digital competences, how they have been acquiring digital skills and knowledge, and their motivation for professional development, especially in terms of any gender differences, formulates the main problems in the area, and provides recommendations for improving the digital competences of this group of professionals.
