The Digital-born Media Carnival is a four-day event taking place in Kotor, Montenegro from 14 to 18 July 2017. Some one hundred online media representatives, information explorers and digital rights enthusiasts will gather here to exchange information and move boundaries in understanding Internet freedom, business models and complex distribution patterns of networked media.
The event will be opened by Henk van den Dool, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Serbia and in Montenegro, Frane Maroević, Director of the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media and Vladimir Jokić, Mayor of Kotor.
On 15 July, the panel discussion on Security & Safety of Journalists in Digital Environment will be co-hosted by Jennifer Adams, Media Freedom project officer at the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media.
