This publication is based on the results of research supported by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and implemented by the CSO Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID). The research was conducted throughout Serbia and deals with the issue of utilization of existing citizens' participation mechanisms from 2001-2011.
