BELGRADE, 31 August 2005 -- The OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro strongly condemns the murder of the Head of the General Criminal Division of the Montenegrin police, Slavoljub Scekic, in Podgorica.
The Mission and its office in Podgorica extend condolences to his family and friends. The OSCE Mission hopes that there will be a full and transparent investigation into this murder.
